Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Tech Daily ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use AI Facebook Page Auto Poster (the "Service"). The Service helps authorized users create, schedule, and publish content to Facebook Pages they manage.

By signing in or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The Service is intended for authorized administrators of the AI Tech Daily Facebook Page and other approved users. Access is restricted by account allowlist. We do not offer public self-registration.

Account information: email address and authentication data when the authorized owner signs in with email and password through Supabase Auth.

Facebook connection data: when you connect a Facebook Page, we receive and store your selected Page ID, Page name, and a Page access token so the Service can publish posts on your behalf. We do not post to personal profiles.

Content you create: post titles, body text, hashtags, images, schedule times, publish status, error messages, and activity logs related to posting.

AI processing: text prompts and generated content sent to Google Gemini to create posts and images.

Technical data: session cookies, IP address, browser type, and request metadata needed to secure the Service, enforce rate limits, and operate scheduled jobs.

Authenticate you and restrict access to authorized users.

Generate, store, schedule, and publish posts to your connected Facebook Page.

Record publish history and errors for troubleshooting and operations.

Protect the Service from abuse through authentication, rate limiting, and access controls.

Improve reliability and fix bugs.

We use trusted providers to operate the Service. Data may be processed by:

Meta / Facebook — OAuth login and Graph API publishing to Pages you authorize.

Supabase — authentication, database, and session storage.

Google — Gemini AI for content generation.

Vercel — application hosting.

cron-job.org — scheduled triggers for the publishing worker (no direct access to your Facebook password).

Upstash (optional) — distributed rate limiting when configured.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for the Service to function.

When you connect Facebook, we request permissions needed to list Pages you manage and publish to the Page you select (such as pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_posts).

We store Page access tokens securely in our database and use them only to perform actions you initiate or schedule within the Service.

We do not sell Facebook Platform data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

You can disconnect Facebook at any time from the Facebook settings screen in the app. You may also remove the app from your Facebook account settings.

We retain account, post, and connection data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service.

Publish logs and post history may be kept for operations, auditing, and export unless you request deletion.

If you disconnect Facebook or delete posts in the app, associated tokens or content are removed or deactivated according to our database records.

We use HTTPS, server-side authentication, environment secrets, allowlisted accounts, and rate limiting to protect the Service.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

You can disconnect your Facebook Page and delete scheduled or draft posts within the app.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
