Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Facebook Page Auto Poster (the "Service"), operated by AI Tech Daily ("we", "us", "our").

By signing in, connecting a Facebook Page, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided to authorized users only. Access is restricted by account allowlist; public self-registration is not available.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to manage the Facebook Page you connect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service helps approved users generate, schedule, review, and publish content to Facebook Pages using AI-assisted tools and integrations with third-party platforms.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To publish content, you must connect a Facebook Page you are permitted to manage. You authorize us to use the Page access token you provide solely to perform actions you initiate or schedule in the Service.

Your use of Facebook is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or enforcement actions by Facebook or other third-party providers.

You must comply with Facebook Community Standards, advertising policies, and applicable laws when publishing content.

You retain ownership of content you create or approve. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service (including sending text to AI providers and posting to Facebook).

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of posts you publish. AI-generated content may contain errors; you must review content before publishing.

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or spam content, or to violate the rights of others.

The Service may use Google Gemini and similar tools to generate text and images. Generated output is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for verifying AI output before publication and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access unauthorized accounts, scrape the Service, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.

You may not use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property, or harms our infrastructure or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security risk.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary course.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, that scheduled jobs will run at exact times, or that third-party APIs (Facebook, Gemini, Supabase, etc.) will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if the Service is provided at no charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and disconnecting Facebook.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
